Recognising 50 Habitat Heroes

Back in April, the Habitat First Foundation launched Habitat Heroes, an initiative to recognise 50 individuals who have been working tirelessly for the NHS during Covid-19 and who have been unable to take a break.

The team were truly humbled by some of the incredible stories that came in and it gave us great pleasure to let people know that they will receive some complimentary respite at a stunning modern apartment at Lower Mill Estate, Habitat First Group’s inaugural nature reserve.

Over 300 people (including family members) have been helped through this Habitat First Foundation initiative via an in-kind donation worth over £40,000.
